Heart illness is definitely the most common illness in Iran as well as the planet. Identification of facilitator and threatening patient dignity in heart individuals is crucial. This study aimed to discover facilitator and threatening patient dignity in hospitalized patients with heart illness. Approaches: This qualitative content analysis study was performed in 2014 in Kerman, Iran. 20 individuals admitted to coronary care units and five personnel were selected utilizing purposeful sampling in semistructured and in depth interviews. Researchers also applied documentation and field notes until data saturation. Qualitative data analysis was completed continuously and simultaneously with information collection Outcomes: 3 central themes emerged: a) Care context which involves human atmosphere and physical environment, b) Holistic protected care which includes meeting the wants of individuals each within the hospital and soon after discharge, c) Making a sense of security and an efficient connection between patient and nurse, such as a resp.Itial weight loss amongst ladies with abdominal obesity: a path model utilizing self-efficacy and health-promoting behaviour.
