Heart illness is definitely the most common illness in Iran as well as the planet. Identification of facilitator and threatening patient dignity in heart individuals is crucial. This study aimed to discover facilitator and threatening patient dignity in hospitalized patients with heart illness. Approaches: This qualitative content analysis study was performed in 2014 in Kerman, Iran. 20 individuals admitted to coronary care units and five personnel were selected utilizing purposeful sampling in semistructured and in depth interviews. Researchers also applied documentation and field notes until data saturation.
